  • Location: 40/4 Lam Son, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM & Saturday (online) 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
  • Key Responsibilities: Create, manage, and control access permissions for company accounts; Manage Google Drive access rights and ensure data security; Administer system accounts across platforms
  • System & Shopify Management: Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with Shopify, POM, Dashboard, and 3rd-party apps; Build new features and custom functionalities in Shopify
  • Website Administration: Optimize Shopify website for CRO, UX, and UI; Troubleshoot and fix display or feature-related issues; Redesign and refresh storefront layouts periodically
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields; Hands-on experience with Shopify (mandatory) – including Shopify Admin, Liquid, theme customization, and app integrations
  • Knowledge of e-commerce operations and Shopify ecosystem; Strong understanding of CRO, UX/UI, and web optimization
