Requirements

Education:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field from a recognized institution is preferred
  • Practical experience and a strong portfolio of work are highly valued

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in full-stack web development
  • Proven track record of building scalable and resilient web applications

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Python, with experience in frameworks such as Flask or Django
  • Strong understanding of modern programming languages like Go, Rust or Move
  • Familiarity with cloud environments, including hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure
  • Experience with AI-driven development, including advanced prompt engineering and generative AI
  • Ability to leverage AI tools for software development
  • Understanding of vector and graph databases, RAG, and working with multiple LLMs is a plus

Methodologies and Mindset:

  • Strong foundation in modern software design principles and test-driven development
  • Proven ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and methodologies in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in an agile development environment using SCRUM or Extreme Programming is preferred

Communication:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to break down complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights

Working Time:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8 hours per day at office, with flexible schedule

You will be responsible for building the frontend, backend infrastructure, and AI processes behind modern applications. This is a development role, not a data scientist role.

What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with founders and teams to build AI-enhanced web applications
  • Develop and maintain frontend and backend systems for seamless user experience
  • Deploy and maintain applications on AWS, GCP, and Azure to support large-scale users
  • Use AI tools and methodologies such as generative AI, vector and graph databases, RAG, and large language models
  • Share knowledge and contribute to a culture of learning and collaboration
