- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (RAM, power supply, motherboard) and Windows-related problems
- Install and congure new computers, software, and network settings for users
- Perform data migration, backups, and system imaging (Re-image, Windows ghosting)
- Manage server-related tasks: user permissions, domain setups, VPN, and network drives
- Set up and optimize email accounts (POP3, IMAP, Exchange) and archive user emails
- Regularly maintain and troubleshoot printers, photocopiers, and network devices
- Plan and execute maintenance schedules, provide detailed reports, and recommend system upgrades
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for multiple users simultaneously
