- Develop information security strategies and plans in accordance with general standards and norms of the Finance Industry
- Develop standards, recruit, train and orient the work of Information Security Department specialists
- Implement information security projects to ensure the security and operational safety of the entire IT system
- Responsible for implementing and reporting to the CEO and relevant parties on issues of ensuring IT system security and safety
- Organize the deployment and operation of deep security solutions and services.
- Organize the team, assign roles and responsibilities of each employee in the department to ensure work quality and project progress to optimize the Securities resources and costs
