Define the sales system roadmap to make sure the long-term development plan is aligned to the business strategy, which includes:
• Involving sales metrics or KPIs to evaluate the business health
• Functional roadmap for DMS system for general trade, SIF for modern trade, E-Business for E-commerce

3. Business Intelligence Dashboard for Business Update:
• Managed a team to build an in-house server for consolidating and processing various data sources to build a local data warehouse.
• Identify and build a reporting pipeline to cover all sales metrics and KPIs
• Report automation to provide all the salesforce with a daily or monthly dashboard.
4. Perform data mining and analysis using business intelligence tools (Tableau or Power BI) to generate insights for decision-making.

• Identify areas of weakness and recommend opportunities
• Distributor operation (ROI and investment) analysis
• Salary and incentive evaluation (incentive curve, attrition rate, and so on).
Key objectives:
To ensure a smooth operation of DMS system and take a lead in DMS enhancement projects.
Job Responsibilities:
A DMS supervisor will need to take part in the process of managing, enhancing and adapting our current system. The Business Analyst needs to examine the system and business model; analyze system requirements; undertake product development; implement, configure and test feasible solutions; tuning the system to meet user expectation. Work closely with end-users and project team members to continuously improve overall applications.
1. Arrange meetings with stakeholders to deploy the solutions to end-users
2. Develop test scenarios and test cases to ensure that positive and negative test cases are handled correctly by system
3. Manage changes to business processes and do an impact analysis
4. Track and manage outstanding issues and risks. Take appropriate actions to resolve issues or mitigate risks. Escalate issues and risks for management decision if necessary.
5. Data Analysis.
6. Scope, define and perform data extraction and analysis as required by management. Includes both ad hoc and regular data extraction and analysis tasks.
7. Work closely with end-users and Application team members to continuously improve overall applications’ data quality (Data Quality Check). Proactive in identifying areas to improve DQC activities.
8. Manage other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor as required.

1. Main tasks:
The ITO Service Desk job is responsible for providing IT ( Information Technology ) support and assistance to the bank-wide They interact with staff by phone or in-person to resolve their computer problems related to software and hardware issues to help them get back up running smoothly again. ITO Service Desk will provide the End User Serice support that enable prodiving the Information Technology supporting to end-user by across the bank.
This role will carry out some or all of the following activities that related to End User Support services, including Information Technology that are using at the bank ( Laptop, Desktop, PC, VDI, ATM, Printer )
· Serve as the first contact with customers who need technical assistance via the phone or email
· Perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques
· Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues

Hỗ trợ triển khai dự án các ứng dụng đã phát triển theo sự điều phối của trưởng nhóm.
Tham gia quá trình cài đặt cấu hình hệ thống dữ liệu, ứng dụng.
Hỗ trợ vận hành hệ thống ứng dụng ổn định, an toàn và hiệu suất cao.
Báo cáo quá trình hỗ trợ triển khai cho trưởng bộ phận.
3. Hỗ trợ Đào tạo
Hỗ trợ hướng dẫn kiểm thử hệ thống.
Hỗ trợ đào tạo, tập huấn các cá nhân, bộ phận sử dụng ứng dụng.

2. Software service support enablement and training

Assist end-users in their daily operations. Provide solutions to common entity access issues
Troubleshooting user or software errors that inhibit the efficiency of the interaction between people and technology

Responsible for preparing user training material and guidelines
Conduct training to business users for the use of in-scope software
Document the configuration profile
