What this role is about – Purpose To facilitate data analysis and foster collaborative insights sharing with both external vendors and internal stakeholders: the selected candidate will collaborate closely with the Strategic Insights & Business Intelligence Manager to harness commercial data for identifying valuable insights. He/she will also be responsible for creating PowerBI commercial reports to monitor performance and developing forecasting models using various datasets. In addition to their functional expertise, the candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for JTI Vietnam, offering market and industry data, as well as analysis in response to requests from headquarters and regional teams.What you will do – Responsibilities Volume & Share of Market (SOM) Forecast for business cycles:- Develop a credible and sustainable VOL & SOM forecast model incorporating insights from macro/industrial/market dynamics, regulation/taxation, consumer switching, portfolio plans, distribution expansion plans- Collaborate with HQ and Regional teams to drive development of Market Simulation Model (MSM) and ensure credibility of forecast- Reporting and data sharing: support regional, HQ, GBS reporting relevant to VOL/SOM forecasts Market Simulation Model (MSM) Development and Database Management:- Support SIBI manager in MSM tool development. Key tasks inclulde monthly data uploading, data validation and related communication with vendor and other JTI stakeholders (e.g Region/HQ) to ensure functionality of the tool- Support SIBI manager in scenario building in MSM by preparing data related to taxation / pricing / portfolio change / geographic expansion / market dynamics Commercial Report Development & Management:- Manage and develope SIBI reports, ensure delivery of valuable insights with business intelligence (Trade Program Tracking via BI Dashboard, NPL Tracking, Weekly/Monthly performance tracking,...) - Support with DTC effectiveness analysis & management- Other report & dashboard & business intelligence as request from stakeholders Industry Insights Sharing and Analysis:- Drive innovation in terms of obtaining deeper operating environment, consumer, and brand knowledge. Consistently combine existing and new understanding and insights to "set the scene" for JTI's yearly commercial planning cycle, when requiredAd-hoc Research Management:- Support and develop research projects to provide insights with different perspectives: Trade landscape, channel & category, shopper, consumer,.. (NPL post launch FGD, RRP research, Core SKU FGD,...) - Manage to deliver insight and recommendations with actions to develope JTI brands & achieve business objectives
