The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for HelixMesh to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role calls for a combination of strategic thinking and creativity, aiming to establish our brand as an influential voice in the blockchain community. The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Head of Marketing.

● Partner with business stakeholders and the development scrum team to define and clarify business requirements.

● Work closely with business stakeholders (e.g., product managers, risk, compliance, legal, finance) to understand business imperatives, rules of engagement, expectations, analyze and mitigate risks and determine a strategic approach to product development.
● Accountable for ongoing stakeholder engagement to ensure that all project scope decisions are understood and agreed to and that all their needs are met.
● Own ongoing support and maintenance issues to ensure services are demonstrating continuous improvement and continuing to meet customer needs.

As a Marketing Manager Blockchain, you’ll need to:
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our products
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and socials that attracts and converts our target groups
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players and vendors
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Monitor and approve marketing materials from marketing executive, performance according to KPIs
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust advertising campaigns accordingly
