We develop and manufacture customized and innovative product solutions together with our customers.We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented EDI Support Technician to join our team. EDI Support will join in the process of designing, testing, and maintaining Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems to facilitate seamless communication and data exchange between our organization and external partners, as customers and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have expertise in EDI standards, integration processes, and mapping tools, as well as problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Further, technical training will be provided.Your role• Support in Design, test, and maintain EDI solutions to support business operations.• Support day to day Group wide EDI processing functions including troubleshooting operational issues and implementing new EDI customers and suppliers.• First level support for change requests.• Second level support for more complex problems that the Service Desk cannot handle.• Monitoring upgrades for servers, hardware and software.• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to integrate EDI systems with ERP and other enterprise applications.• Monitor EDI transactions and resolve issues promptly to prevent disruption to business operations.• Analyze and correct errors in inbound and outbound data transmissions.• Document EDI workflows, processes, and trading partner requirements.• Assist on training and support to internal teams on EDI systems and processes.• Identify opportunities to enhance EDI processes and systems for greater efficiency and reliability.• Stay updated on emerging EDI technologies and best practices.
