STYL Solutions is looking for a Full-Stack Web Developer to join as a Technical Lead. The Technical Lead is responsible for the identification ,recommendation and implementation of the appropriate technology stack. An ability and innate curiosity to study technology for adoption to the product road map is vital and valued. At STYL Solution, you will have the opportunity to work with Embedded System, Hardware , Mechanical, Mobile Application, DevOPs and Service Team in crafting an end to end product.

Responsibilities
- Leading a team to design, develop, test, deploy and maintain software solutions
- Develop and maintain technical architecture and design documents for software applications
- Determining required resources and developing work schedules for the team.
- Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals, ensure that software solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business requirements
- Monitoring, reviewing team members work to ensure that the development process follows best practices and industry standards
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met.
- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
- Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, software development methodologies, and industry trends
- Assisting in hiring and training technical personnel.
- Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex software issues
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams
- 5+ years of experience in software development, deeply understanding software development processes and methodologies
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, design patterns, and software architecture, experience in building products using microservice architecture
- Proficient in Java programming language and related technologies, e.g. Spring framework, Hibernate, Maven,...
- Proficient in Node.js programming language and related technologies, e.g. Express.js, Nest.js, npm, yarn,...
- Experience in database management systems, both relational and NoSQL.
- Experience in frontend frameworks is an advantage
- Proficient in using containerized technologies, CI/CD
- Experience in automation testing
- Proficient in cloud computing, experience with AWS, Azure, GCP
- Excellent knowledge of security, proficient in security standards, experience in designing secure systems and resolving security issues.
- Relevant Management certifications is an advantage.
- Having domain experience in IOT & E-commerce Platforms is an advantage
