AI Software Engineer

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Electronic Information, or a related field.2. Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in C/C++ and Python, with a solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and best coding practices.3. System Development Experience:• Experience in Linux application development, including multithreading, inter-process communication, and network programming.• Understanding of Linux device driver development and familiarity with ARM/X86 platform development.• Hands-on experience with embedded software development and AI model deployment on embedded platforms.• Proficiency with Linux GUI frameworks, such as GTK or QT.4. AI Knowledge:• Strong understanding of deep learning and image processing concepts.• Proficiency in AI frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.• Experience with AI model optimization techniques such as quantization, pruning, and inference acceleration, with a focus on optimizing performance for CPU, GPU, and NPU.5.
