Algorithm Engineer (Python, Java, C++)

Must have: 

• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields; 
• At least 3 years of algorithm development experience in large companies; 
• In-depth understanding and practical project experience in similarity algorithms and recommendation algorithms; 
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++; 
• Familiar with commonly used machine learning algorithms and tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.; 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to quickly identify and resolve technical issues; 
• Good teamwork spirit and communication skills. 

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Published high-quality algorithm research papers; 
• Participated in the design and optimization of large-scale recommendation systems; 
• Strong data processing capabilities, familiar with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, etc.
