We are looking for: 02 Middle/ Senior Back-End developers to join our team
You will have an exclusive opportunity to work directly with our US partner to grow our development center in Ha Noi
What will you do:
1/ Collaborate with exceptional colleagues to develop a sophisticated, practical, and scalable system, incorporating cutting-edge algorithms and the latest technologies from Silicon Valley, all within a comfortable and flexible work environment.
- Learning and implementing new algorithms to support business and optimize company's operations flow
- Develop new services and apply newest technologies to scale and improve old services.
2/ Collaborate with other team members and also other teams like the DevOps/Operation/Product team to contribute to build stable/scalable services.
- Integration our system with 3rd party services
- Development of real-time processing systems
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Must Have:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a backend language like: Java/Scala/Golang/Nodejs…
- Strong experience in RDBMS, SQL/NoSQL
- Strong experience in Linux based environment
- Strong experience in version control: git
- Strong experience in secure RESTful API design
- Experience in message queue and distributed system
- Ability to break down and estimate effort for complex projects
- Can read/write and communicate in English (chat at least and speaking is a bonus)
- Great communication and documentation skills
- Great attention to detail
- A customer-first mindset and a partnering spirit
- A commitment to learning and continuous self-improvement
Nice To Have:
- Bonus: Experience working with geospatial data and location-based services
- Bonus: Experience with e-commerce, logistics, and logistics algorithms (e.g. capacitated VRP)
- Bonus: Experience with crowdsourced business models
- Bonus: DevOps and infrastructure-as-code experience
- Bonus: A sense of humor
The Opportunity:
- Become a key part of the core global team that architects and develops AxleHire’s logistics and operations systems, which orchestrate the delivery of millions of shipments per year
- Drive innovation and performance improvements in our operations technologies (sortation, routing, fleet management, order management)
- Drive improvements in our system architecture, performance, quality, and reliability
- Serve as a technical lead to other systems engineers on complex projects
- Contribute to the improvement of team development standards, conventions, and processes
- Collaborate with peers in product management and operations to develop new features and processes
