- Lead a team of backend developers working on microservices and distributed systems for Shopify apps
- Design, build, and optimize highly scalable backend architecture and infrastructure to support high traffic Shopify stores
- Establish best practices for writing maintainable, testable code for our e-commerce apps
- Monitor and improve backend performance, scalability, and reliability of our Shopify apps
- Manage app versioning, source control, and code reviews
- Work closely with frontend developers to integrate backend and frontend systems for our Shopify apps
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in production environments for apps after Shopify app store release
- Automate and streamline development and deployment processes for our agile app development lifecycle
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training when needed
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- + years of experience in backend development and team leadership roles, ideally for e-commerce apps
- Expertise in technologies like Node.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ
- Experience with microservices, event streaming, and distributed systems for high traffic apps
- Knowledge of optimizing backend performance and scaling architectures for Shopify stores
- Understanding of DevOps tools like Docker, AWS, Jenkins
- Ability to design complex data models and databases for e-commerce apps
- Strong systems thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing and mentoring other developers
- Experience with large-scale e-commerce projects is a plus.
- Experience with .net is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
