- Engage with clients confidently, understand their requirements, and suggest ideas, and provide solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and project delivery.
- Track all change requests from customer. Manage all requirements, specifications, change request of the project.
- Ensure business requirements are fully understood by Development and provide input to design and product specifications.;
- Work for Business analysis: demands, portfolio, pricing, pre-sale/ pilots;
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Proactively identify and resolve project issues to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Document functional and business requirements.
- Work with development team to go over the specification, Q&A, consult the solutions or figure out the problems.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Have 2-5 year experience as a software business analyst
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- French is mandatory
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English is a plus
- Good communication, presentation and time management skills
- Have a good knowledge of software development process
- Enthusiastic, responsible, open-minded, willing to learn new things and ability to work under pressure
- Capable of drawing a workflow to explain how users work
- Have the capabilities to drive and challenge clients on their assumptions about their business requirements and business process
BIG PLUS:
- Experience in Project Lifecycle methodologies (Agile, PMP)
- Have a professional BA certificate
