• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions (current and future).
• Perform requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable, and that they conform to standards.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Document the product’s vision and the project’s scope.
• Document the business requirements in detail, (requirement specifications) with all assumptions and caveats included.
• Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents. Participate in peer reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly.
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Performing user acceptance testing.
• Define quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints, and other nonfunctional requirements.
• Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
• Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Serve as an internal point of contact for development whenever requirements need to be clarified.
• Establish and implement effective requirements practices, including use and continuous improvement of a requirements process. Assist with the development of the organization’s requirements engineering policies, procedures, and tools
• Take responsibility for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and improving the process compliance of each corresponding department

• Agile/Scrum; experience in writing user stories
• 2-5 years’ experience in BA role with in-depth knowledge of management application
• Knowledge of software development process, especially software requirement analysis and RUP
• Good in Japanese ( N2 certificate) is MUST
• English communication
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio
• Exceptional presentation and client relation skills
• Excellent organizational, analytical, as well as oral and written communication skills
