•To understand Supply chain Management systems and develop strategies for continuous
improvement in the process.
• Create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system
programmers.
• Influence stakeholders to support business projects.
• Coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes.
• Test business processes and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Owner on roadmap planning and prioritization.
• Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories.• Coordinate and perform in-depth testing, including end-user reviews, for modified and new
systems, and post-implementation support.
• Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents.
• Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.
• Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to understand business performance
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Degree in Computer Science, Business IT or other equivalent would be a plus.
• Knowledge in Supply Chain Management, General global banking and trade finance products
• 5+ years of previous experience as Business analyst.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of supply chain
and other related solutions.
• Highly self-motivated and understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, listening and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams
• Excellent reporting, time management, analytical & communication skills
