DESCRIPTION:
• Design application mock-up / wireframe using prototyping tools and model the requirements
by using charting tools.
• Explain and make sure the dev team understands the requirements.
• Updating and maintaining the documentation.
• Performing testing to make sure the tools work correctly.
• Evaluate the business process.
• Communicate with customers to clarify the requirement for team.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Working closely with clients and technicians.
• Understand the product and recommend solutions for customer.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Prepare workflow/user stories for team to understand the business flow.
• Analyze the issues/requirements and turn them into documents

REQUIREMENT:
• 1-2 years in the same position.
• English fluency in both communication and writing.
• Proficient in BA documentation, wireframe.
• Proficient in using tools to support wireframe analysis and design such as: UML, Figma,
Sketch...
• Knowledge of information technology and software development processes.
• Knowledge and skills in software testing.
• Ability to manage project documents, documentation, product URD descriptions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Have experience understanding blockchain.
