Business Analyst Lead/Product Owner

In summary, Product Owner is responsible for our end-to-end product development execution. This means that you will have a responsibility to make sure it gets built in the most efficient and effective way to serve our customers.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products and features 
2. Schedule and lead meetings to identify and solve product related problems for projects
3. Define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities
4. Engage and challenge customers to surface opportunities for our product and complement them with data and external research to guide our prioritization
5. Work with our engineers to design and implement architecturally sound solutions in an Agile manner, communicating constantly, iterating quickly and shipping frequently
6. Work with business users to analyze the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
7. Follow through on new features and initiatives to see that they are adopted well by our customers
8. Be the leader at the forefront as this role would require strong collaboration across various teams and be the focal point for all stake holders nearly in all functions
9. Maximize your efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are norm
10. Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
11. Other tasks as assigned
