- Contribute to develop product roadmap following the strategy and priority set by the product management leadership
- Define functional, non-functional and operational features according to stakeholder needs
- Assist the scrum/product development team to meet the objectives of team, project, department, company
- Analyze and specify requirements, synthesize information provided by relevant stakeholders
- Assess the feasibility of the request when given a set of constraints
- Design application mock-up/ wire-frame using prototyping tools and model the requirements by using charting tools
- Document the project operations (URD, SRS)
- Train for project team members and stakeholders to understand the business
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
- Study, propose new features (as well as improvements/ enhancements) for the solutions
- Participate in pre-sales, solution consultation and implementation activites for potential and new customers
- Perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Must have:
- At least 3+ years of business analysis related experience in software development projects
- Excellent knowledge of software engineering and SDLC
- Analyzing & testing experience in software development is preferred
- Use of English proficiency (Read and understand specialized documents)
- Strong at the tools, techniques, processes required to capture requirements at generic and detailed levels. Those are for example: UML, Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, EdrawMax, MS Office, Trello…,
- Good business process modeling skills
- Ability to write URD, SRS documents
- Able to perform verification and validation (test, UAT) the business requirements
- Strong communications, mentoring, and negotiation skills with stakeholders
- Good at problem solving and consulting
- Teamwork skill
Nice to have:
- Having good know-how on Procurement / CRM / ERP / Supply Chain / Cloud based SaaS multi-tenant/ e-commerce
- Understanding of BABOK® Knowledge Areas
