A Business Analyst Leader’s main duties are as follows:
As a team manager: manage team of other Business Analysts, define BA process, responsible for BA delivery
As a BA member: gather information, write documents, manage requests; organize meetings; research the feasibility/suitability, and being the bridge between requesters and tech team.
In details:
- Recruiting and hiring for an expanding BA team
- On-boarding and training new hires
- Coaching, reviewing and encouraging growth
- Defining best practices
- Planning and resource allocation
- Developing and managing project timelines, milestones
- Communicating with stakeholders to gather requirements and address concerns or issues
- Analyze and provide models and solutions based on collected requirements
- Write software business and use case specification documents; Advise on building prototype
- Advice from a professional perspective based on analysis and research
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
At least 8 years of experience at relevant positions
- B.A. or B.S. degree in IT, or equivalent work or educational experience
- Knowledge and understanding as well as experience of software development
- Proficiency in verbal and nonverbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in using business analysis tools
- Highly directed and self-motivated
- Able to use system design and application tools
- Good at problem analyzing, problem solving skills
- Able to analyze software design and information system design.
