Sun Inc. keeps expanding its markets and business sectors after its initial public offering (IPO) in July 2020 and elevation to a premium listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in December 2022. Along with looking for firms to M&A in Vietnam and merging and acquiring a number of businesses in Japan, we also want to expand our software development and solution services company for the US market starting in 2023. With this goal in mind, we need to find a Business Development to work with Sun Asterisk to expand the US client market aggressively, strengthening the development of Sun Inc.
WHAT WE DO
Obligatory:
1. Research and penetrate the target market
- Conduct market and competitor research and analysis
- Support BDM in developing action plans to reach the target market
2. Look for potential business opportunities
- Implement activities to find potential customers in the English-speaking market (through Marketing Online, Offline, and connecting activities,..)
- Identify new business opportunities using email, phone, and social media to promote Sun Inc.’s brand and understand customer needs.
- Conduct needs analysis and identify customer pain points to determine solutions to meet those needs.
3. Manage potential customers
- Create a list and fully update information about potential customers (Leads).
- Plan and execute follow-up of potential customers.
Optional (preferred)
1. Develop sales opportunities with potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers (including new and existing customers)
- Seeking opportunities for more contracts through understanding customer issues and services of Sun Inc.
- Coordinate with the CEVs to develop solutions and proposals to meet customers’ needs and goals
- Organize meetings with clients to present the proposal
- Negotiate costs and contract terms with customers
- Carry out contract signing procedures with customers
2. Take care of customers and develop sales opportunities with existing customers
- Receiving inquiries and requests from customers.
- Coordinate with related parties to clarify and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Propose and implement customer care activities to maintain and develop customer relationships.
3. Manage customer account information
- Manage accurate customer records, and track any updates and contract renewals.
- Coordinate with related departments to monitor the payment progress of customers’ debts.
- Analyze and report on the status of customer accounts and make suggestions for improvement.

WHO YOU ARE
- At least 1 year of experience working in a similar position
- Prior experience working with information technology and English-speaking markets is preferred
- Fluent in English with 4 skills
- Communication skills, persuasive negotiation skills
- Market research skills
- Project management skills.
