- Developing growth strategies and plans of a new business division in an offshore staffing/outsourcing company.
- Having an in-depth knowledge of our service proposition, ability to explain and promote it to various stakeholders.
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
- Researching and increasing both client and contractor base.
- Preparing detailed business proposals, presenting them and negotiating with stakeholders.
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
- Following industry trends locally and internationally.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sourcing in manufacturing of consumer goods or packaging in Vietnam (preferably South region).
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
- Exceptional communication skills across various levels of stakeholders.
- Ability to negotiate best conditions from factories.
- Experience with technical packaging design and knowledge of the manufacturing process and workflow.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.
- Experience working to and exceeding targets.
- Education degree preference: Business Development, Economics or Finance, Marketing
