About the role
The Business Intelligence Developer is responsible for planning, designing, developing and implementation of a diverse range of BrightGauge and creative visualisations of operations and business management data.
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing complex, regular reports and visualisations using Bright Gauge supporting the design, deployment and management of Business Intelligence technology stack
- Examining and implementing innovative approaches for the presentation of client's data and information to support stakeholder decision making and performance monitoring.

Key Competencies and Skills:
- Solid experience as a BI Developer using BrightGauge or similar such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau (if you are an expert in Power BI is BrightGauge easy to learn)
- Proficient in SQL or other query languages
- Previous experience within ConnectWise or similar PSA or ITSM software would be ideal
- Highly creative with proven excellence in analytical thinking and the translation of unstructured and structured data into informative data visuals and reports.
- Demonstrated experience supporting business stakeholders during design, prototyping, development, and implementation phases of business intelligence projects.
- Demonstrated experience capturing and documenting user requirements for Business Intelligence reporting.
- Proficient in English
