- Analyze data information about the market and competitors to make a market forecast
- Track, monitor, and report on marketing programs' results and ensure execution as planned
- Develop evaluation criteria and report periodically on the effectiveness of advertising and marketing activities
- Contribute solutions to improve the effectiveness of advertising and marketing activities
- Suggest and implement new campaigns and activities to grow our communities
- Work with copywriters, editors, and designers to create impactful and on-trend content for the crypto community
- Conduct keyword/topics research to spot trending topics in the crypto space, especially for NFTs, Defi, GameFi, blockchain technology, and other emerging trends
- Perform competitor's content analysis to make sure we do not miss any opportunities
- Keep abreast with the latest crypto and industry trends, consistently contributing fresh ideas to content creation
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Male or Female, 23 - 29 years old
- At least 2 years working experience in crypto market
- Native level written and spoken english
- Intricate knowledge on DeFi, blockchain, and cryptocurrencies
- Native-level written and spoken communication skills in English
- Experience with social media monitoring and management platforms
- Being able to implement marketing activities such as AMA, Content plan,...
- Having marketing skills such as Seeding, Event Planning (Online and offline), Working with KOLs/ Community, Booking PRs
- Pay minute attention to detail and work well in fast-paced environments
- Flexible for overtime work and enthusiasm for teamwork and fast-paced environments.
- Self-motivated, independent, strong team player
