● Plan and execute all digital marketing activities including but not limited to: Facebook, Google Ads and LinkedIn
● Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
● Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
● Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
● Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
● Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
● Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

●Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing & Communications
● Demonstrable 3 years experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
● Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
● Advanced verbal communication and English proficiency skills
● Excellent organizational and planning skills
● Independent, good time-management skills and ability to work in a face pace environment
● Proficiency in Adobe Design Software - Photoshop, Illustrator or Indesign
