Mô Tả Công Việc
- Be responsible to implement (setup, configure, troubleshoot, support) ATALINK solutions to the customers
- Gather customer needs via consultation, business process analysis and observations; participate in technical and functional discovery meetings with customers
- Work with internal stakeholders (product development, business analysis, sales, marketing, customer services...) to clarify solutions, recommend improvements as well as to validate the newly developed features and/or fixed bugs
- Provide information about new software releases and upgrades to customers
- Help customers understand how to use the software effectively by providing end-user trainings and support services
- Communicate with customers to answer questions about software features, configurations, and changes
- Manage risks during implementation and on-going operations
- Resolve and/or propose solutions for issues encountered during implementation of solutions
- Create relevant reports and key business metrics related to solution implementation
- Participate in and when required, manage & lead the pre-sales activities for some potential customers
- Participate in the development and continuous improvement of the ATALINK’s implementation methodologies and processes
- Perform other tasks as assigned by higher management
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Information Management System or Business Administration
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as an ERP Consultant and/or IT Business Analyst
- Extensive knowledge and experience of business enterprise processes, SCM, ERP, CRM, DMS solutions
- Good knowledge and experience in consulting and implementing accounting systems such as: MISA, FAST…
- Good knowledge of software implementation methodologies and practices
- Good business process modeling skill
- Strong communication, mentoring, and negotiation skills with stakeholders
- Good at problem solving and consulting
- Attention to detail, organization skill and easy to talk to people
