- Lead, manage, and coach the Campaign team while fostering skill development and professional growth.- Oversee capacity planning to ensure seamless delivery of new campaigns, maintenance, and updates.- Propose and execute campaign strategies in alignment with CVM management’s requests, utilizing the SAS Campaign Management tool.- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and implement optimizations to ensure business continuity, working closely with vendors and IT support to resolve issues.- Analyze, design, and delivery new technologies and processes to extend our operational and strategical abilities that how to communicate with our customers.- Drive project delivery and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on campaign management and optimization strategies.- Involve in new initiatives of system/function development for analyzing, designing and optimizing.- Adapt proactively to evolving company and customer' needs with flexibility and innovation.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 4 year of experience in data and business analyst positions within financial/banking/insurance/fintech sectors- Strong people management/ leadership skills- SQL is a must with good understanding of relational databases- Hands on experience in campaign management tools such as SAS, Salesforce or other market standard tools for CRM/CVM/Campaign management- Critical thinking, be able to read complex flowcharts- Fluent English
