- Perform customer support tasks
- Evaluate and prioritize customer support cases
- Perform all activities related to POS system introductory on-line & training for company products, installation, repair, management and maintenance
- Resolve issues for Clients via phone or electronically in a timely manner
- Track and document the progression of the work assigned
- Perform troubleshooting
- Identify all issues & suggest and implement solution
- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial, positive & trust relationships with Cleints’ contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
- Handling complaints and negotiations.
- Maintaining an accurate and updated database of client information.
- Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.
- Analyze data, assess trends and determine actions to optimize performance
