JOB OVERVIEW
You will collaborate with various organizational departments in Vietnam office to collect, analyze, understand requirements and propose technical solution for data analysis, reporting and forecasting to support business for decision making.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Directly working with various departments to deliver tasks.
- Collect analysis, reporting & forecasting requirements (in English) from stakeholders (Production, Accounting, Sales, Customer Service and Human Resources...).
- Design, implement, validate/test, and maintain the report system to fit all requirements.
- Present the report/findings (in English) to stakeholders.
- Actively working with stakeholders to propose new ideas – execute the ideas to help the business achieve the overall goal.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor degree in (Data Science, Finance, Business Analysis, Economics)
- 3+ years’ experience as a Data Analyst.
- Proficient use of SQL (My SQL or MS SQL is a plus).
- Proficient use of Power BI.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Good presentation and data visualization skills.
- Good communication skills.

- Eager to learn the ERP and IT system
- Have good mindset, attitude & commitment
- Be able to work in high pressure (in Adhoc situations)

PLUS SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience of ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX system or similar systems is a plus
- Understanding of accounting concepts is a plus.
- Knowledge about the process of a production company is a plus.
