Data Analyst (Python, SQL, Business Intelligence)

 HutBot is a fast-growing team in Pizza Hut Digital Ventures. The team is responsible for optimizing back of house operations in Pizza Hut restaurants across 70+ countries in the world through super-app mobile applications. HutBot utilizes a vast Operational Data to surface opportunities for our Team to focus on improving the Customer Experience, execution of standards and to increase sales.

We’re looking for a Data Analyst with a proven track record working in digital businesses, who is passionate about leveraging data to solve business problems and make data driven strategic decisions.

Reporting to the Data Analytics Lead, Product Owner and working closely with the design and engineering teams, your goal will be to support driving our strategy through providing valuable insight, analysis of our Operational Data and recommendations to help the growth of our app business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Analytics & Insights

• Anticipate the upcoming trends and business demands to propose impactful analysis
• Provide timely and accurate App specific data to the business stakeholder, engineering and design team and the wider leadership team
• Build, update and maintain analytics reports and dashboards and present this data to wider teams when requested

Management

• Supervise the data quality and information system to ensure adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of data products (including but not limited to reports, insights, analytics tools, models)
• Facilitate & communicate data vision and strategies across functions & business units
• Develop the analytics capacities in team: coaching junior data analysts on analytics methods and techniques, enhancing knowledge about our customers, products, and business

Innovation (AI/ML)

• Participate in driving data-empowered innovations through Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve the efficiency & quality of Pizza Hut business
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide Data, ML/AI learnings, and strategic input to business visions and projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design the framework of AI/ML building, testing, deployment
• Supervise & ensure the quality, and efficiency of ML/AI deliverables
