Job Responsibilities:
- Leading team for centralized operations reports, and be owner of the CRM platform (By supporting the users, making & analysing reports from the system);
- Creating & analysing operations report (including reports from CRM);
- Working with IT for data intelligence system, by consolidating & providing requirements for reports;
- Collecting and analyzing data across various platforms to materialize their use case with right quality;
- Supporting Marketing teams on using CRM platform.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 2 years of experience with data analysis in Fashion/Beauty/Cosmetics/Tech companies/Consultant companies;
- Certified in SQL;
- Data analysis, statistical analysis;
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences;
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
