- Lead the implementation of designing, developing & providing on-going management of data warehouse, data migration, business intelligence systems;
- Ensure the availability of current, accurate, and complete data required to support business planning and informed decision-making;
- Lead all the Data Warehouse activities that ensure all data sources is ready for business use;
- Engaging with stakeholders to identify BI initiatives and form BI projects accordingly (with clear scope, project team, budget, and timeline for securing stakeholder alignment and management);
- Partner & collaborate within a business units/divisions, acting as liaison between the business units/divisions and the DCI division to assure the data & information support business unit/divisions needs;
- Assist R&D Team to prove and delivery the outcome which contribute to the company revenue;
- Assist to build, develop and maintain the data pipeline of our strategic Big Data platform, Data Lake serving for management needs, business operations of the bank and comply with Data Governance;
- Assist the Data Analysis pipeline with insight generating to support business decision-making, as well as support on-going projects of improvements;
- Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions;
- Involve in hiring, develop and lead a high performing DA Teams; mentoring, coaching and guiding professionals to help develop the top talent data pipeline within DCI division;

1. Education:
- University Graduate, major: Computer Science, IT or Business Management;
- At least 5 years’ experience working in Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence project, preferably working in Financial Services sector.
2. Experiences:
- Proven data team management experience;
- Expert understanding of ETL & DW processes;
- Good knowledge of RDMSs (relational database management systems) or foundational database skills;
- Good knowledge of Data Modelling and data management system;
- Good knowledge of tuning and optimization;
- Good knowledge of data warehouse/ data lake, data mart, provide end-to-end data warehouse high-level architecture sets the stage for the sections that follow, mine data such as ETL, virtualization is a long-standing "offshoot" of data warehousing;
- Good knowledge of cloud data architecture such as AWS MSK - Architecture Diagram, AWS Database Migration Service (DMS) and Schema Conversion Tool (SCT), AWS Data Sync - Architecture Diagram;
- Must have excellent understanding of normalized and dimensional data modeling skills;
- Extensive experience with database and ETL technologies (IBM Netezza, Oracle, IBM Data Stage and SAS Enterprise Guide);
- Expert command on ANSI PL-SQL & UNIX scripting;
- Extensive experience with BI Tools: Power BI / QlikSense/ Tableau / etc;
- Knowledge of at least one modern scripting language (Python, R, etc.);
- Strong oral & written communication skills;
- Strong Leadership & Time management;
- Ability to work under pressure.
3. Skills:
- Design and implement effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve company data;
- Recommend solutions to improve new and existing database systems;
- Assess database implementation procedures to ensure they comply with internal and external regulations;
- Define complex technical design/requirements for data warehousing projects;
- Perform necessary tuning of database & ETL systems and objects to ensure timing and performance goals are met. Implement best practices within the team;
- Equip team members to work on data migration from company data sources to new data warehouse;
- Equip team members to implement the Data Marts and make information available to all users in a timely fashion;
- Perform all Reporting activities with BI Tools;
- Proactively propose solutions and highlights to the business team using BI dashboards or story telling reports;
- Implement Management Dashboards to provide highlights/alert for data driven decision making;
- Bottom-up proactive and explorative approach and propose both quick-wins and adhocs analysis to consulting field teams meaningful relevant and accurate insights and recommendations;
- Top-down well cooperated with line manager to quickly drill in business questions to support Leader Team’s decision making;
- Follows through with initiatives, assignments, and issues without direction and communicate updates and statuses effectively;
- In charge of developing & executing plans and projects;
- Mentor and help develop technical competency of assigned team members;
- Create project related document;
- Work Load planning, prioritization of work, delivery, review, monitor etc.
