For Fresher/Junior positions:

- Develop, supervise the quality of data pipelines, and implement alerting for analytic & reporting activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical solutions and support for data-centric projects.
- Be directly involved in innovative projects, leveraging technical expertise for improvements & efficiency in data engineering processes.
For middle-level position:
- Analyze and design metrics and dimensions for critical financial reporting processes with different database technology stacks (Oracle, Postgres, Cassandra...), and different data processing / programming language (Python, Scala, SQL...)
- Implement and monitor ETL / ELT processes.
- Ensuring data quality criteria are met and implementing reconciliation processes.
- Providing support for critical data product including on-call support
- Learning the business logics / domain knowledge (for example finance, risk, operation) to consult the most suitable solution to the business users
- Writing documentation such as user manual, data models, technical documents, and diagrams.

For Fresher/Junior positions:
- University graduate with GPA of 3/4 and 7.5/10 with less than 1-year working experience.
- Proficient in English with a level of IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
- Proficiency in SQL or other programming languages to accelerate your development faster.
- Passion for numbers & data analysis
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, communication skills & presentation skills to detect the business situation then propose positive changes.
- Effectively work both in a team & on your own.
- Willingness to learn & absorb new knowledge.
- Good Customer Obsession, Entrepreneurship, Integrity, Operation Excellence & Digital Savviness mindset as it’s our core Leadership Qualities.
For middle-level position:
Education:
- Diploma/bachelor's degree in IT or relevant fields (preferred)
Experience:
- 2+ years' experience in ingestion, and transformation of data from streaming or batch processing Airflow, DBT, Kafka, Spark
- Professional experience in coding pipelines using Python or Scala
- Demonstrably deep understanding of SQL and analytical data warehouses.
- Hands-on experience in performance monitoring and optimization
- Hands-on experience in data product design includes project structure, metrics, and dimensions based on user requirements following best practices, optimal performance, and data modeling (star schema, snowflake schema)
- Intermediate level in English (proficient writing skill to be able to communicate with foreign colleagues)
- Familiarity with the Oracle or Postgres database and the financial / risk management / Operation domain is a plus
