Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining blockchain infrastructure using Rust and/or Move programming languages.Develop, deploy, and optimize Move smart contracts for DeFi applications and protocols.Collaborate with engineering teams to create and refine DeFi solutions.Test and debug smart contracts, ensuring security and performance.Lead code reviews, providing feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.Document projects thoroughly while guiding the team to enhance blockchain solutions.High consideration will be given to candidates with contributions to open-source projects.

4+ years of experience with the Rust programming language, with strong knowledge of its features and best practices.Practical experience in smart contract development, particularly in Move, is a major plus.Expertise in designing secure and efficient smart contract architectures, with a focus on DeFi.Familiarity with blockchain and DeFi protocols, as well as best practices in security for these technologies.Experience with Solidity and Ethereum smart contracts is highly desirable.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Capable of working both independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.Effective communicator with a strong command of written and spoken English.
