MANAGEMENT
- Monitor and adjust the process to suit the actual situation;
- Managing and coordinating overall personnel: allocating to projects, re-signing, terminating contracts with employees, etc.;
- Receive risks/issues from PMOs in cases where they are not authorized/capable to handle;
- Monitor, manage and ensure the efficiency and quality of the work of PMO & BDT Manager;
- Make proposals, solutions, and plans for PMO when necessary;
TECHNOLOGIES
- Develop programs to improve technical capacity for employees;
- Up programs to improve the quality of input human resources;
- Support Technical Manager, Leader of difficult problems that cannot be handled;
- Decide on internal infrastructure: Hardware, Software Research new technology or trends;
GENERAL
- Develop programs to improve and improve productivity and quality for the production unit;

- At least 7 years of experience in IT outsourcing company;
- Have experience as Solution Architect/Technical Manager;
- Good knowledge of technological trends to build strategy;
- Well communication in English;
- Strong experience with Java/Java core/Springboot;
- Understanding of budgets and business-planning;
- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Leadership and organizational abilities;
- Strategic thinking;
- Problem-solving aptitude;
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus;
- Able to work with “Can-Do” spirit;
