We are seeking an Campaign Analyst who will be responsible for the design, development, implementation of data-driven marketing campaigns ensuring that campaigns run optimially and identifying revenue opportunities for our clients. You have a keen interest in questioning the status duo and you are always on the lookout for ways to do things better. Your key stakeholders will be Product, Marketing and Data to automate and integrate campaign communications into the customer journey to maximize customer experience and engagement, optimize processes and eliminate manual campaign execution and fulfilment.
Role Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product teams on campaign related activities which includes designing customer journey, developing, exploring system solutions, implementing, tracking, and providing optimization strategies to drive revenue opportunities
- Convert businesss requirements into campagin design specifications to identify any data gaps before campaigns go live
- Drive system integration, maintenance and processes, collaborating with Product for execution and launches of new products and services
- Comfortable managing stakeholders and responding in a timely manner
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, adherence to data governance, security and processes in place to safeguard client information to avoice business implications.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years relevant experience in campaign management with basic SQL experience
- Experience in marketing automation and campaign management platform like Moengage, Perx, MoneyThor is a plus.
- Ability to understand system integration and logical thinking to address business challenges with innovative data driven solutions.
- Highly adaptable and comfortable with a fast moving environment
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and detail-oriented
- Experience in Project Management from a data solution perspective
- Previous working experience in banking preferred but not mandatory, possess hands-on experience on campaigns and analytic tools
- Education: Bachlors/Unveristy Degree

- Salary band per level and employee benefits are reviewed once per year
