As the Director of Development for our Vietnam office, you will lead our engineering and product development initiatives. This role requires a strategic leader with a solid foundation in both engineering and product development. You will guide our team toward technical excellence and innovation, ensuring the delivery of software solutions that align with our strategic goals.
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- You have proven experience in engineering leadership and product development within a tech-focused organization.
- You are well-versed in software development methodologies and the product life cycle.
- You possess exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- You are fluent in English, with proficiency in Vietnamese considered a plus.

- Cultivate, mentor, and recruit top talent, emphasizing quality, performance, and efficiency.
- Implement best practices in engineering methodologies and processes.
- Oversee technical architecture to ensure scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software delivery.
- Collaborate with global teams to synchronize engineering strategies and optimize resource allocation.
- Product Development
- Drive the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, aligning products with market demands and organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with the global product management, biz dev, design, and stakeholder teams to define the product vision and roadmap.
- Act as the primary product expert within the Vietnam office, liaising closely with global product managers.
- Prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer and business needs.
- Infuse business context and customer value into the office, clarifying the importance of feature prioritization and development.
- Strategic Planning
- Contribute to the company's overall business and technology strategy.
- Anticipate technological advancements and trends to keep our development strategies competitive.
- Manage the development budget and cost for the Vietnam team, ensuring resource efficiency.
