[DN] Software Manager (Java/C#/JavaScript/Agile...)

PASONA TECH VIETNAM is a 100% Japanese-owned company specializing in producing software and providing information technology services for domestic and foreign Japanese companies. Due to our business expansion, we need to recruit one Software Manager with the following job content:

• Plan, implement and monitor IT Projects to improve working efficiency and meet the Branch's development target.
• Manage and operate all activities of the IT Department at the branch.
• Manage IT staffs, including recruitment, training and performance evaluation.
• Report directly to the Branch Manager and Headquarters' ITO Manager on operational status and IT-related issues.
• Manage, program, and develop Software Projects as required by the Board of Directors 
• Working content will be exchanged more detailed in the interview

Working hours:

• Mon - Fri, 8:00 - 17:00
