- Support in-house Call Center Team to respond and answer inquiries from customer/ Merchant by operating/ using in-house sales tool;
- Tracking and solve problems/ issues with relating internal department and overseas Vendor’s help desk, and then reporting for superior as necessary;
- Data aggregation by processing CSV data or Excel data from in-house system in order to support Customer Success Team improve business;
- Propose to change in procedure to improve effectiveness and efficiency;
- Perform other duties as directed by the superiors;
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 3 years working experience in Marketing, Business, Customer Service, or similar experience;
- Knowledge of technology products (computers, software applications, phone system, etc.);
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills;
- Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer relations skills, attention to detail;
- The ability to multi-tasks, working under pressure and quickly switch your focus;
- Excellent cross-functional project management, problem-solving;
- Documenting, reporting and presentation skill, proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel;
