Role DescriptionThe e-commerce (ECM) Manager is responsible for analyzing, reviewing, recommending, and building strategic initiatives that drive business profitability by increasing visitors, improving conversion rates both online and in-store, capturing larger average order sizes, and managing margin performance. This role will ensure seamless integration of online and offline customer experiences, leading to enhanced overall conversions.1. Define Merchandising Strategy (Omni & Online) • Develop plans to grow strategic category focus and partnerships. • Develop e-commerce-led sell-more plans based on analysis and gain support from Merch Head Quarter to get sales back to target.• Lead daily/weekly/monthly/annual category analysis and define strategies to deliver sales KPIs via online & Telesales. • Propose & execute the principle of visual merchandising (category order, PLP, PDP messages) for each category on Nguyen Kim online store. • Work with the data team to deliver a daily pricing tracker of Nguyen Kim vs. core competitors and execute daily pricing adjustment proposal post alignment with BU Head & CEO. • Negotiate with Merchandising Head Quarter/Top Suppliers to get online exclusive promotion plans.2. Web Roadmap: Lead Online Customer Experience Including UX/UI, Website Content & SEO • Review NK customer experience across touchpoints (app, website mobile, website desktop,tablet) and recommend a product development plan to deliver the best online customer experience, with clear priority calls and measurable KPIs• Spearhead A/B Testing Plan & Analysis for proposed changes in customer experience. • Grow NK organic search online again via leading SEO screening, auditing & improvement with agencies and execute SEO principles with the content team. • Define operation standards for Telesales and Online delivery requirements and work with Logistics/Operation to deliver the KPIs & tracker3. Propose E-Commerce Innovation/Solutions If Any To Improve the E-Commerce Experience For Both Internal Users.• Identify and propose innovative solutions to improve the e-commerce experience for both internal users and customers.• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to keep NK's e-commerce platform competitive.4. Ownership & KPI Management• Act as the owner of the e-commerce business, taking full responsibility for its performance.• Set, monitor, and achieve KPIs to ensure business growth and profitability.• Regularly report on KPI progress and make data-driven decisions to meet business objectives.

QualificationsStrong e-commerce know-how in terms of UX/UI, Content/SEO, Online Merchandising. Experience in Electronics e-commerce is a Plus.Understanding of omnichannel strategies and execution.Solid experience in retail P&L management.REQUIRED BACKGROUNDEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Management.Experience: A minimum of 7 years in e-commerce management position, including P&L responsibility. Strong leadership and consensus-building skills among multi-functional departments. Language: Fluent in English and/or French.Other skills: Fluent in English and well-versed in Google Analytics.Attitude: Proactive, own strong entrepreneurial spirit.
