EMBEDDED ENGINEER (English/Japanese)

Your role & responsibilities Design and implement software for embedded devices and systems from requirements to production and commercial deployment Requirements engineering: registration, scheduling, ordering, and tracking of requirements and their implementation Design, develop, code, test, and debug system software Review code, design, and test results Analyze and enhance the efficiency, stability, and scalability of system resources Integrate and validate new product designs Support software QA and optimize I/O performance Analyzing and fixing issues reported in the component Provide post-production support Interface with hardware design and development teams Assess third-party and open-source software’s Be the main technical interface of the EMS (Engine management system) system to both internal and external stakeholders Document and present technical material to both internal project stakeholders and external customers Your skills & qualifications1. Embedded Engineer (English):  Must have:  1-3 years of embedded software development experience Proficiency in C/C++ and scripting languages (Python, Perl, VB) Microcontroller/microprocessor experience Hands-on development and troubleshooting on embedded targets Familiarity with software configuration management and defect-tracking tools Good English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) Experience with debugging tools Nice to have:  RTOS experience Control systems knowledge Emulation/simulation experience Automotive embedded technology exposure Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Project management, team leadership, and software development process experience (ASPICE, V-Model, Scrum, Agile) Japanese language proficiency (N3, N4) is a plus 2.
