● Act as a trusted consultant to our clients and implementation partners
● Formulates and defines project scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements
● Gather define and prioritize requirements of the project in close collaboration with the client; come up with the optimal solution for the product
● Maintain and verify requirements specifications according to established baselines
● Support the engineering team throughout the delivery process to iron out ambiguity or complexity
● Create flow diagrams to get to grips with process issues, bottlenecks and guide other team members in their understanding of the subject matter
● Participate in all Agile/Scrum activities company-wide and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
● University education and degree (preferably business or IT related)
● Have at least 1 years of experience as a Software Analyst or Business Analyst for Based Software Solutions
● Understand and apply fully BA’s task and process
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
● Good listening and interviewing skills to understand a customer’s business environment and processes
● Knowledge of wire-frame prototype designing
● Knowledge of agile development and sprint methodology
● Extremely detail oriented, logic mindset and systematic thinking
Master problem analyzing, problem solving skills
