- Develop software products for the company.
- Develop the product’s function, including back-end and front-end of the system.
- Develop and optimize the insurance software system/ solutions.
- Develop new IT tools and software to improve internal processes and increase productivity.
- Focus on digitalization opportunities to enhance the overall performance of a business.
- Research new technologies & solutions in order to enhance software systems.
- Develop reporting system.
- Collaborate with users to analyze the requirement & execute user-acceptance tests.
- Compose software manuals/ guidelines for effective end users.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduation with major in Computer science, Information technology.
- Experience in software analysis, design & development in Java, C#, Mobile app/ Web app developments.
- Full-stack/ Back-end/ Front-end development is preferable.
- Fluent in English.
- Analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills; Working proactively & independently as well as in a team; Strong learning capabilities in both technical and functional aspects.
*** Nice to have:
- Experience in insurance software development, building e-commerce systems, designing and delivering Robotic
- Process Automation solutions (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, etc.)
- Knowledge and experience in:
✓ Development management tools: Git, Docker
✓ Databases: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle
✓ Tools: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .NET framework, ReactJS, Node.js, Web service, APIs, XML, JSON

- Working location: HCM Branch office; 14th Floor, Lim Tower 3, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Da Kao Ward, Dist. 1, HCMC
- Working time:
▪ Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 17:00 or 8:30 – 17:30
▪ Breaktime: 12:00 – 13:00. Pantry room equipped with Refrigerator, Microwave, Yogurt, Tea & Coffee
▪ Work from home 1 day/week - Transportation for outside assignment: by Company car & Taxi
