Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design and implementation of high-quality web applications and platforms.
- Collaborate with our team of scientists to translate application logic into robust UI/UX designs alongside our designers.
- Manage the deployment of web applications to production environments.
- Architect and build sophisticated frontend applications and websites.
- Oversee multiple project developments simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to high standards.
- Drive team performance using scrum methodology, ensuring efficient task implementation and reporting.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing high-performing development teams.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with React and 1 year with Node.js or Python in backend development.
- Proficient in designing and implementing microservices architecture.
- Strong experience with AWS/cloud services and adept at deploying complex projects.
- Ability to lead and guide teams through the development and implementation of multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Git version control.
- Must be a quick learner, adaptable and possess a 'can-do' attitude towards tackling technical challenges.
