Full Stack Team Leader (Python)

We need you to be a significant part of our growth. Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage our full stack dev team, 5+ developers
• Manage in Python/Django, container technology (Docker), ORM libraries, PostgreSQL, 100% cloud based, micro service architecture; including: integration of UI with server-side logic; implementation of security and data protection; integration of data storage solutions 
• Manage the full technical life-cycle of the projects during the development phase: break down the work into smaller tasks and assignment, provide time estimation and manage workload of the team, set timelines, oversee project progress
• Collaborate with team members and provide technical insight as needed, to drive the team for consistently reusable, testable, and efficient code; low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
• Perform individual project components within the entire development life cycle, including implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Other duties assigned by our CTO
