Full-Stack Technical Lead (React/NodeJS)

We are looking for candidates who fulfill the following criteria:

• Based in HCMC; 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a top-tier university;
• 4+ years of relevant experience as a Full-stack Engineer or similar role;
• Proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies, especially ReactJS and NodeJS;
• Proven experience as a team lead or technical lead, with demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior engineers and resolve technical challenges;
• Proven experience setting up and managing AWS infrastructure and CMS platforms;
• Proven experience as a Scrum master or leading Agile/Scrum teams;
• Fluent in English and average proficiency in Vietnamese to effectively collaborate with local team members;
• Strong passion for the startup ecosystem, with an entrepreneurial spirit and an aspiring founder's mentality embodying the YC principles;
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities and constantly seeking to iterate, learn, and pivot.
