Fullstack Developer (Java/ Spring Boot + React/ Next.js)

1. Phát triển Backend– Thiết kế, xây dựng và tối ưu hóa RESTful API cho các hệ thống quy mô vừa và lớn– Phát triển Back-end với Java Spring Boot (Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security)– Làm việc chuyên sâu với CSDL Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL: thiết kế schema, index, tối ưu truy vấn– Xử lý transaction, exception, logging, validation trong Spring Boot– Tích hợp hệ thống bên thứ ba qua API (Payment Gateway, SMS, Email, Cloud Services)2. Phát triển Frontend– Phát triển giao diện web (SPA) bằng ReactJS/Next.js theo yêu cầu nghiệp vụ– Tích hợp UI/UX design với backend API– Tối ưu hiệu suất frontend (lazy loading, code splitting, caching)– Responsive design cho mobile, tablet, desktop3. Kiến trúc & DevOps– Tham gia thiết kế kiến trúc hệ thống theo hướng Microservices– Triển khai CI/CD pipeline (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)– Docker containerization và Kubernetes orchestration– Monitoring và logging (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana)4. Tối ưu hiệu năng– Sử dụng Redis cho cache, session, queue hoặc tăng hiệu năng hệ thống– Tối ưu database queries, indexing strategies– Xử lý concurrent requests, load balancing5. Bảo mật & Authentication– Hiểu và áp dụng các cơ chế Authentication/Authorization (JWT, OAuth2, Session)– Bảo mật API endpoints, data encryption– OWASP security best practices6. Teamwork & Documentation– Phối hợp với BA, Designer, QA để phân tích yêu cầu và xử lý lỗi– Review code theo quy trình Agile/Scrum– Viết tài liệu kỹ thuật (API documentation, system architecture)– Mentor junior developers
