Saola Labs is a blockchain research and development company with expertise in DeFi, Tokenization, and Web3 Payment. Founded by product & finance leaders from Apple, Stably, and Infina, our team has launched projects directly with top-tier blockchain networks and startups such as Ripple/XRP Ledger, Harmony, VeChain, Qredo, Dune Analytics, HQ.xyz, and more.
We are hiring a Backend Engineer to join our blockchain engineering team to build exciting projects.
- Work with engineering team to get new projects shipped on time
- Research new web3 & fintech technologies and build Proof of Concept for experimenting
- Take ownership of your work and the work of the team
Our team runs fairly small, flat, and experienced. While hiring is an important tool for this role, Saola's hiring philosophy is to stay as small as possible, for as long as possible, with talent density as high as possible. Impact here is not measured by the size of one's team.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 2+ years of as full-stack or backend developer (NodeJS, React)
- MUST communicate English well (write, read, speak and listen)
- Expert at building web applications backend from scratch
- Understanding of Microservices and Microservice Architecture
- Experience with Docker, AWS, GCP
- Experience with DBMS like MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
- A proven development experience planning and leading large projects with long-term impact on a single system or team
- Experience writing/maintaining clear and detailed runbooks with good documentation practices
- Passionate about blockchain technologies and DeFi protocols
