We are looking for Full Stack Engineers (TypeScript, Python) to grow our product offerings to better match the fast-paced, high-growth of e-commerce markets in China & South East Asia.
Reporting to CTO, also our most senior engineer, this role is to work on challenging problems of designing, maintaining & optimizing a social commerce platform based on ReactJS (TypeScript), GraphQL, Saleor (Python), Cloud Services and Flutter.
If you are a razor-sharp, thoroughgoing full stack developer who has an itch for high-growth markets such as retail and supply chain. Or if you yearn for a chance to build a full product and be involved with every details from business logic, UI/UX to technical logic. Then we should talk.
For this role, we are open to look for suitable candidates from 2-3 years of experience to Senior, Lead or Principal level. We are not ready to hire Junior developers, yet.
What you will do
- Take on the challenges of building an ecosystem of social commerce products from Logic, Backend and Frontend.
- Work under the guidance and training of CTO.
- Be an owner of your product. Voice in your own opinion of every aspects of our product offerings from tech, UI/UX to business logic.

Absolute Requirements:
- At least 2 years of solid experience with TypeScript, ReactJS and Frontend Development.
- While everything else can be trained, you need to be good and confident at TypeScript and ReactJS, including the awareness of which problems TypeScript solves that JavaScript couldn’t.
- At least 1 year of experience with an SQL Database (PostgreSQL or MySQL).
- At least 1 year experience with Backend Development using TypeScript, Python, Ruby on Rails or any OOP languages.
- An itch for details. A drive to build a great user-centric product.
- Ambitions. Motivation to grow high and aim big with your own career.
- Understanding of product development cycles, design thinking, and agile methodology.
- Ability to conduct tech analysis and research.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Good at writing and reading English.
Highly valued, but not required
(If you don’t have these, your lead can train you)
- Understanding of either GraphQL, NoSQL, Cloud, Docker or K8s and which problems each of these technologies aims to solve.
- Experience with Linux (shell commands, scripting) or DevOps.
- Experience with Mobile development.
- Though not strictly required, excellent English communication will help you grow much faster in our cross-timezone, multi-culture organization.
