- Reporting to the Project Manager and Tech Lead.
- Liaising with the key stakeholders of the project.
- Lead and mentor less-senior members of the team.
- Identify and mitigate risk in the project’s implementation.
- Be actively involved in the project lifecycle, from requirements analysis to delivery.
- Participating in code reviews.
- Delivering fully implemented vertical feature sets based on the specification within estimates and minimal defects.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to design reliable, secure, and highly efficient systems; participate directly in technical decisions.
- Be actively communicating and contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement activities.

- 3+ years working as an Engineer delivering projects using Microsoft C#/.NET stack to develop Web applications and services.
- Experience building and integrating with HTTP API built using ASP .NET Web API or ASP .NET Core,..
- Experience or knowledge with HTML, JavaScript, CSS
- Experience creating, maintaining, optimizing, and writing database queries for the relational database (for example, MS SQL).
- Experience with source control systems such as SVN or GIT.
- Good understanding of common design and implementation patterns and principles.
- A flexible, client-focused, can-do attitude and the ability to adapt to team-oriented culture and environment.
- Open to challenges and learning new things.
- Working proficiency in English (good writing and basic verbal communication).
For the Senior level, you must have:
- 5+ years working as an Engineer delivering projects using Microsoft C#/.NET stack to develop Web applications and services.
- Experience working with business and technical stakeholders to explain, and design reliable, secure, and highly efficient systems; participate directly in technical decisions.
- You have strong self-awareness, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Working proficiency in English (good writing and verbal).
- Ability to guide less experienced teammates or direct the work of others.
